1. Booking Policy

Guests must provide accurate details (name, ID proof, phone) while booking. Management reserves the right to cancel fraudulent or incomplete reservations.

2. Check-in / Check-out

Standard check-in is 12:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 PM unless otherwise specified. Early check-in or late check-out may incur additional charges.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours before check-in are fully refundable.
• No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.

4. Guest Conduct

Smoking, illegal activities, or damage to property are strictly prohibited and may result in penalties.

5. Liability

The hotel is not responsible for loss of valuables unless stored in the designated safe at reception.
